The Journey

June 17th
I am done!! Done with the belly flab, too big of thighs, and feeling like an ocean wave when I am running! I am done! My solution to this equals WEIGHT WATCHERS-Points Plus. I have joined Happy Face :) It's about time I stop whining about my clothes being to tight or not fitting right! I joined on the 14th of June and am not yet finished with my first week. My weigh in day is on Sunday. Cross your fingers for weight loss!

June 19th
Weigh in Day.

   I got up in the morning..nervously pulled out the scale. hopped up & WAM BAM   I lost 6 pounds! 6 POUNDS PEOPLE!
    6 pounds was gone. just gone.. && it makes me feel good & want to keep going. Which is unusual for me when it comes to changing my eating habits, lets face it...I'm I used to be a PIG not gonna to lie..I'm pretty excited!! 
   Thank you WEIGHT WATCHERS <3 i kinda love you.

 Weight watchers is a lot better & easier than I thought is was going to be. I have 32 points to use every day, every food is worth so many points depending on how good/bad it is for you. I love WW because...
-I am always full, if I'm not I eat a fruit, veggie or drink water. 
- You can eat anything....just as long as you count it towards your points.
-Salads! Oh Salads! Fruits & Veggies are free = no points! I love salads w/tons of veggies so I eat those...like...every day. Yum yum yum.
-I love their website (www.weightwatchers.com)
   ..it's full up pick-you ups when a KIT KAT sounds good..good recipes (I can even cook healthy for Eric & he likes it!). I love the tracking system, having the online support is great! I could go on & on.
-I love that Eric is proud of me. <3

I really have not noticed anything that I dislike about WW. It's a great system & I am so excited to continue being healthy! (with the occasional Kit Kat here & there)

June 28th  (actual weigh in was June 26th)
I didn't post...because...I was a little discouraged. UGH. Didn't lose any, I felt like I tried REAL HARD. Darn it!  I think I realize what was holding me back though. I had the thought stuck in my head. Since Diet Soda is okay & FREE to drink on WW I just drank & drank which equaled = cutting out water. I slowed down on fruits & veggies which ended up making me more hungry & when I would eat a meal .OVER INDULGE. because I was so hungry from not snacking on fruits veggies so.. I would use up my allowance points (which I didn't use last week). I will change my ways next week though. I need to keep going at it & look at the positive side. I didn't GAIN any. So I suppose thats a good thing..right? Atleast I maintained my loss. 

July 5th (weighed in July 4th)


 YIPPEE!! I am a happy girl! I lost 4 pounds this past week! I was so excited to get on the scale (WW tells you to only get on once a week because how much your weight varies throughout the week) SO I jump on & WAM BAM THANK YOU MA'AM down 4 pounds! And even better I hit my first goal with WEIGHT WATCHERS! Okay I will reveal weights..what the heck.

 Start weight  6/14/2011: 186  (aah! can't believe I just put that down!)
  1st Week 6/19/2011:  180  -6 pounds!
 2nd Week 6/26/2011:  180  -maintained weight but, didn't lose.
    3rd Week 7/4/2011:  176   -4 pounds! 10 pounds TOTAL!

I honestly cannot believe I did that but I figured WHY NOT? I'm GOING TO LOSE IT ANYWAYS!  :)  

So Weight Watchers has you set a goal of where you would like to be. I would like to be at ATLEAST 165..if not less. BUT they recommend that you set a smaller goal like 5% at first SO...that's what I did. My goal was to get down to 176.7 pounds & I did it!! After I hit that they had me reset another goal for 5% weight loss which would be 167.4 pounds..well here I come 167.4!! 

At first I did not think that Weight Watchers would actually work but, news to me...it did! I am very happy that it did too! I still have things that I would like to do to make me feel a little better & maybe help knock off the extra pounds faster & that's why I'm setting some additional goals this week:
  1-Keep up on drinking water-it actually does help. Lay off the soda-it doesn't help
  2- Exercise!
        -Bike: My mom bought me a bike for my birthday with a baby seat. I need to get on & ride. 
            Even if its just a little ride.
       -Walk: I have feet..now I need to start using them more. Sitting all day in the office is not  
           helping. Walking-will help.
       -Rylee: I can take her with me for both of these & she would love it. 
  3-Measurements- I have been meaning to take measurement. Stupid goal but, my goal is to    
     REMEMBER to take my measurements this week. I SWEAR that my pants are getting    
     looser (good thing) but I would love to watch those go down. W.W. says that even if you are 
     not  losing weight you may be losing inches. I am curious to see how many inches I am losing!

Anyways, I am satisfied with the results from this week & hope WATER & EXERCISE will help me see the same results next week!
